Cancellation Policy
Please note that these are general guidelines. Always refer to your booking confirmation for the specific cancellation terms that apply to your reservation.
Tour Packages
For all tour packages, the following cancellation policy applies:
- 40% non-refundable advance payment is required to confirm your booking
- Cancellation made 5 to 10 days prior to the departure date will incur 70% cancellation fees of the total package cost
- Cancellation made within 5 days of the departure date or no-show will incur 100% cancellation fees
- The remaining balance payment must be made at least 14 days before the journey starts
Hotel & Resort Booking
For all hotel and resort bookings, the following cancellation policy applies:
- 25% non-refundable advance payment is required to confirm your reservation
- Cancellation made 7 days prior to check-in will receive a partial refund minus processing fees
- Cancellation made within 7 days of check-in will incur 50% cancellation fees
- No-show or cancellation within 24 hours of check-in will incur 100% cancellation fees
- Full payment is required at least 7 days before check-in
Corporate Getaways
For corporate getaway bookings, the following cancellation policy applies:
- 50% non-refundable advance payment is required to confirm group booking
- Cancellation made 14 days prior to arrival will receive a partial refund minus processing fees
- Cancellation made within 14 days will incur 75% cancellation fees
- The remaining balance must be settled 14 days before the event
- Minimum participant requirements must be met 21 days before the event
Honeymoon Packages
For honeymoon packages, the following cancellation policy applies:
- 30% non-refundable advance payment is required to confirm your booking
- Cancellation made 60 days prior to departure will receive a partial refund minus processing fees
- Cancellation made within 60-30 days will incur 50% cancellation fees
- Cancellation made within 30 days or no-show will incur 100% cancellation fees
- Full payment is required 30 days before departure
Destination Weddings
For destination wedding packages, the following cancellation policy applies:
- 50% non-refundable advance payment is required to confirm your wedding date
- Cancellation made 90 days prior to the wedding will receive a partial refund minus processing fees
- Cancellation made within 90-45 days will incur 75% cancellation fees
- Cancellation made within 45 days or no-show will incur 100% cancellation fees
- Full payment and final guest count required 45 days before the wedding

- All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Exploro
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice until booking is confirmed with payment
- All cancellation requests must be made in writing through your booking confirmation or by contacting our support team
Special Conditions
- Peak season and holiday bookings may have stricter cancellation policies and higher advance payment requirements
- Special packages, promotional offers, and flash sales may have non-standard cancellation terms and may be non-refundable
- Early bird bookings and discounted rates are typically non-refundable and require full payment at time of booking
- Processing and administrative fees (5% of booking value) are non-refundable under any circumstances
- Modifications to confirmed bookings may incur additional charges and are subject to availability
Liability and Force Majeure
- Exploro reserves the right to modify or cancel bookings due to unforeseen circumstances or force majeure events
- Force majeure situations including but not limited to natural disasters, political unrest, or pandemic-related restrictions will be handled on a case-by-case basis
- Travel insurance is strongly recommended as Exploro is not liable for any loss, damage, or additional expenses incurred
